  • Chronic Pain Assessment

    The purpose of Chronic Pain assessment is to evaluate the claimant’s levels of psychological and psychosocial signs of a chronic pain condition, functional limitation and disability in order to determine the claimant’s consistency of rehabilitation and give further rehabilitation recommendations. If treated early it can be reversed, but if delayed it will become permanent and as pernicious and destructive to the claimant’s well being as any incurable disease.

  • Ent/ Otolaryngologist

    Ent/Otolaryngologists assessment diseases of the sinuses, larynx (voice box), oral cavity, and upper pharynx (mouth and throat), as well as structures of the neck and face, and many ENT primary care problems.

  • Caregivers (Personal Support Worker)

    The In-Home assessment is done to evaluate if the person injured in a motor vehicle accident has difficulty with the daily housekeeping activities, and to determine if any special devices are needed to assist the person in returning to pre-accident status. Time is spent reviewing proper body mechanics, discussing pacing and energy conservation strategy and reviewing back and neck sparing techniques being used currently by the injured person.

  • General Surgeon

    The General practitioner assessment is done to identify any illness or medical condition that might have generated due to the accident. They conduct a basic examination of the entire body and perform tests using medical equipment and instrument. The claimant should visit his/her general practitioner or family physician within the first six weeks of injury or pain.

  • Life Care Planning

    Future care cost assessment/life care plan plays in a client's future, it is clear that the expertise of the professional who develops this plan is critical.

  • Neurologist

    The Neurological Assessment can help to detect the presence of neurological disease or injury and monitor its progression, determine the type of care to provide, and gauge the patient’s response to interventions. The initial assessment is a comprehensive exam covering several critical areas: level of consciousness and mentation, cranial nerves, movement, sensation, cerebellar function and reflexes.

  • Neuropsychological

    Neuropsychological Assessments is done to provide a detailed opinion about the client cognitive functions including Memory functionality, Information processing speed, Abstract reasoning, Problem solving and Planning and prioritizing.

  • Orthopedic Surgeon

    The Orthopedic assessment is and interview that gathers information to diagnose any injuries or disorders of the skeletal system and associated muscles, as well as, joints and ligaments caused or increased by the motor vehicle accident.



  • Physiatrist

    A physiatrist assessment is for the structural defects such as herniated disks, physiologic evidence of nerve injury or performance oriented defects that impair function.



  • Psychological / Psychiatrist

    The Psychological Assessment is an interview that gathers information to diagnose any psychological complains and disorders caused or increased by the motor vehicle accident. For example: headaches, stress, sleeping problems, anxiety, nervousness, nightmares, fear of driving and cars, etc. In case the injured person needs help, psychological treatments are prescribed by the psychologist to help the claimant to return to the pre-accident status.



  • Rheumatology

    The purpose of Rheumatological Assessment is to evaluate any clinical problems in the musculoskeletal system involving joints, soft tissues and allied conditions of connective tissues to detect the presence of rheumatic diseases and functional limitation in order to determine the patient’s level of disability and give further rehabilitation recommendations.



  • Speech-Language Pathologist

    Speech-language assessment is a complex process. Assessing, describing, and interpreting an individual's communication ability requires the integration of a variety of information gathered in the evaluation process.



  • TMJ (Oral and Maxillofacial)

    Temporo-Mandibular Joint (TMJ) Assessment includes careful assessment of the teeth occlusion and function of the jaw joints and muscles. After Assessment, further consultation and/or treatments with specialist may be suggested to facilitate effective management of TMJ dysfunction. Relaxation techniques, stress reduction, patient education, muscle relaxants or other treatments may be recommended.



  • Vocational

    Vocational assessment is a systematic, objective process of measuring a client’s ability to perform work and related tasks. The results will determine the feasibility of a client returning to their pre-injury job (including barriers), and/or proposed vocational options.
